Some artist have fancy sophisticated statements or philosophies, sorry i don't.  I just love creating . No matter how often I work on a face or a figure it always an adventure. 

You would think faces would become like doing the same thing over and over ,but its always new and exciting. That's why I love creating portraits. 

 I create paintings of historical aircraft, especially that of the 8th US army air force during world war 2. Airplanes of that era are a passion of mine from when i was a child. I volunteered for quite a few years with the Commemorative Air Force working with those great machines. I hope that the Paintings I create would cause the viewer to ask questions about the time or the 8th air force. So little is known today about that time and era . Folk should know what their grandparents did in those years.
